Lisa graduated from Columbia University where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work and Science. Her career has been spent as a Licensed Social Worker specializing in Geriatric Care. She has helped countless numbers of long term care patients; home care patients and local church members navigate our complicated health care system. From admission to discharge Lisa has worked diligently to assure that her clients receive the best care possible and maximize their health care benefits.

Lisa has owned and operated a Social Work consultant company for the past thirteen years through which she developed relationships with local referral sources such as, physicians, equipment companies, and agencies that provide therapy at home.

Her exposure to a variety of healthcare settings has shown her the importance of quality companion care which is why Happier At Home Care, LLC was established in 2017. Her extensive experience and knowledge now ensure that our clients at Happier At Home Care, LLC receive the best care possible, improving their quality of life.

Pat graduated from Adelphi University in Garden City New York in 1994 with a Masters of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Before joining Happier At Home Care full time in December 2020 he served the elder population in Long Term Care facilities. As a speech therapist he evaluated and treated patients suffering from speech/language, cognitive and chewing and swallowing deficits. During this time he was also the Director of Rehabilitation for two separate Long Term Care facilities.

Throughout his professional experience he has developed a heightened understanding and compassion for the needs of our communities aging population. He now uses that experience to enhance the lives of the clientele of Happier At Home Care.

Bonnie Jean Kuller is currently the Human Resources Specialist at Happier At Home Care. She joined our team in January of 2022 after 30 years in the nursing industry. As the Human Resources Specialist, she works on hiring caregivers that have the same values as the owners. She provides interviews, background checks, orientation and continuing education for our caregivers. She develops new policies and procedures as well as updates ones already in place.

She started her journey when she was 7 years old by volunteering at a local nursing facility. She enjoyed spending time with the residents. Her time in the facility inspired her to pursue a career in nursing at Holy Family University. However, God had other plans in store for her. She served our seniors as an Administrative Assistant in a local continuing care retirement community for over 29 years.
